How to choose car dealer keyrings
Three choices decide how your key rings look, feel and cost.
1. The leather
Genuine leather (Zonda, Sapporo) feels the most premium. Bamboo leather (Eco-Tulsa, Eco-Loop) is a plant-based alternative with the same soft finish. Recycled bonded leather (Economy keyfobs) keeps the cost per unit lowest for large volumes.
2. The branding
Laser engraving cuts your logo into the metal for a crisp, permanent finish. Blind embossing presses it into the leather for a subtle look. Full colour Polycrown shows your logo in its real colours under a clear dome, ideal for colourful brand marks.
3. The quantity
Most styles start at 100 key rings, the Economy keyfobs at 250. Prices drop at 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500, so dealer groups ordering for several sites get the best price per key ring.

Genuine leather styles such as the Zonda and Sapporo suit prestige and franchised dealers, while recycled leather keyfobs keep costs down for high-volume used car sites.
How much do branded key rings for car dealers cost?
Our branded key rings cost from £2.40 to £5.52 each, depending on the style and quantity, plus a one-off set-up charge per design. All prices include your logo in one colour, in one position, and exclude VAT.
What is the minimum order for dealer key rings?
Most of our leather key rings start at 100 units. The Economy Medallion and Economy Polycrown keyfobs start at 250 units. Every style gets cheaper per key ring at 250, 500, 1,000 and 2,500.
Can I get a free sample before I order?
Yes. Use the sample request form on this page to choose the styles you would like to see and we will post free samples to your dealership, with no obligation to order.
How is my logo added to the key ring?
Depending on the style, your logo is laser engraved into the metal, blind embossed into the leather, or printed in full colour under a clear domed Polycrown finish.
Can you put our phone number or service line on the back?
Yes. Many of our key rings can also be laser engraved on the reverse, which is a popular way for dealerships to add a service department number or website. Ask for a price when you request your sample.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file such as EPS, AI or PDF works best. If you only have a JPEG or PNG of your logo, we can redraw it for you. You approve a free proof before anything is made.
Are there eco-friendly keyrings for car dealerships?
Yes. The Eco-Tulsa and Eco-Loop key rings are made from bamboo leather, and the Economy keyfobs use recycled leather. Genuine leather is available on the Zonda and Sapporo key rings, and as an upgrade on the Economy keyfobs.
Are there any set-up costs?
There is a one-off set-up charge per design: £50.00 for laser engraving, £40.00 for full colour Polycrown and £50.00 for an embossing block. Repeat orders of the same design cost less to set up.
Do you supply dealer groups with several sites?
Yes. Larger orders get lower prices per key ring, and we can keep the same design on file so each site can reorder at the repeat set-up price.
